Bloom: mandala yoga & art workshop (CONCESSION)

£25.00
sold out

There are 2 spots available for concession rate.

A cosy, seasonal gathering in Bristol, - we begin with a Mandala Vinyasa yoga practice followed by a creative session to craft your own Mandala art, blooming into spring together. The word Mandala means circle, sacred centre, and essence in Sanskrit. It is a spiritual symbol used in Hindu and Buddhist traditions, often as a tool for meditation and inner reflection.

We will gather in a circle and begin with a Mandala Vinyasa Flow, moving in circular motion around all corners of the mat, inspired by the spiralling patterns of nature. Just as flowers open and unfurl in the warmth of spring, this practice invites you to awaken from within, expand into new beginnings and possibilities. Following the flow practice, we will transition into a Mandala Art session, accompanied by tea and snacks. You will be guided to create your own mandala — a symbolic reflection and expression of your personal journey, transformation, and intention for the season ahead. No prior art experience is needed—simply come with an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Concession rates are for anyone on low income, including (but not limited to): unemployed, full time students, over 65s on state pension, employment & support allowance (ESA) claimants, disability living allowance or personal independence payment claimants.

All payments are non-refundable, but transferable to another person, in writing to hello@yogiwen.com
