Bloom from within

a Mandala Yoga Flow + Art workshop with Wen Yee Kok

What to Expect?

weaving intention, movement and creativity in circle

FLOW

We will gather in a circle and begin with a Mandala Yoga Flow, moving in circular motion around all corners of the mat, inspired by the spiralling patterns of nature. Just as flowers open and unfurl in the warmth of Spring, this practice invites you to awaken from within, expand into new beginnings and possibilities.

Yoga mats and props will be provided, feel free to bring your own as well.

ART

You will be guided to create your own Mandala Art — a symbolic reflection and expression of your personal journey, transformation and intention for the season of Spring. Through mindful and intuitive drawing, this is an invitation to slow down in life, take a breath and be present in the creative process.

No prior art experience is required — simply come with an open heart and a willingness to explore. All art materials will be provided.

COMMUNITY

“We're all just walking each other home” - Ram Dass

Community (sangha) is a huge part of my WHY in my offerings. Life is a journey and we are not alone in it. This gathering is a space to meet you where you are on your journey, get to know the Sangha and share as much or as little as you wish, over tea and snacks.

About Wen

Wen Yee Kok is a Malaysian Chinese yoga teacher, wellness facilitator and creative based in Bristol, UK.

Yoga first came into my life 18 years ago through physical postures (asanas) and fluid movement, with the intention of improving my flexibility for cheerleading stunts. However, it wasn’t until I attended my first pranayama (breath regulation) practice that it truly took my breath away.

That was when I discovered yoga is not just a workout, but a work-in.

Since then, I live each day inspired by and led from the wisdom of yoga. To me, yoga is not just something we do - it’s a way of being, feeling, and living, where we carry the values we cultivate on the mat and weaving them into the vessels of everyday life, off the mat.
